Chai Expectaions, a Jewish Singles Service, Launches Affiliate
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) August 3, 2007 -- Chai Expectations, a Charlotte-based singles service that caters exclusively to the Jewish community, has expanded to Charleston, S.C. with its first affiliate. The new office opened May 1, offering the same inspired service to residents of the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Laurie Berzack, founder of Chai Expectations, launched her business in September 2006, providing personalized introductions for Jewish singles in the Charlotte area. "I've been both thrilled and amazed with the success," says Berzack. "I never dreamed I'd be expanding in just six months, but it shows there is a market for this, and there is a void to fill." Berzack was approached by Carol Berlin, a seasoned event planner for the Charleston Jewish Community Center, who proposed a licensed affiliation in the Charleston area.
Berlin is not new to the matchmaking scene. In fact, she can already claim the ultimate success--two couples she personally introduced are now happily married. "It is a great feeling to help a person find happiness. I am committed to the Jewish community here in Charleston, and I'm thrilled to provide a service that until now has not existed here," says Berlin. "I respect and believe in Laurie's personal and traditional approach--it's a friendly, refreshing alternative to Internet dating services."
Berlin will run the new office that services the Charleston area, as well as Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach, and Florence, S.C. "The benefits of reaching these new markets are manifold," says Berzack. "Not only are we providing a unique new resource for the South Carolina beaches, we're simultaneously growing our singles database, providing even more potential matches for our current clients in Charlotte. The possibilities are endless."
